Hello, my name is Dean Harrington. I am the owner of this site, and have been for the past ten years. A brief history of myself includes flying Blackhawk helicopters in the US Army from 1992 – 2004 and serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom during 2003 – 2004.  I appreciate you supporting my Veteran-Owned Small Business and I look forward to providing fast, quality incorporation services for your company at a low price.

StartFloridaBusiness.com is part of a network of State Incorporation sites that began at the turn of the millennium.

As time passes and the legal issues involving citizens of this amazing country affect more and more of us while the need to protect yourselves online, personally, and in the business world is increasing at a frantic pace.

We created the first of our incorporation sites, www.Florida-Incorporation.com in order to meet a couple basic needs.

Above all we wanted to help owners of small business incorporate online as quickly as possible and with the least amount of hassle possible. The system that was in place before Florida-Incorporation.com came about was a dismal failure and though other companies tried to meet the needs of small business owners across Florida (and the country) we felt there was still a huge gap between what they were doing and what we wanted to accomplish in Florida.

We began to work on an online Florida incorporation site that would explain the incorporation process in a very easy to follow, step by step process that visitors could easily follow and complete their online incorporation process in as little as 20 minutes if they knew what they wanted, or in a couple of hours after reading the informational incorporation resources we filled the site with.

Over the next ten years that site grew and thrived. We learned a lot about helping people online – and found that many questions could be answered online, but that it was necessary to have phone support available for instant help that we couldn’t anticipate. Phone support during the incorporation process helps someone that isn’t fully confident in the online process and makes it more real. Actually, speaking to someone on the phone verifies that there is a person behind the site at all. Many sites are unreachable for such support – causing visitors to lack trust in their site and their business.

We’ve incorporated over 9,000 companies in Florida alone as a result of this one web site. In 2008 we decided to branch out and include incorporation websites for some other states where we saw needs going unmet with the current crop of incorporation-help sites.

StartFloridaBusiness.com is an extension of Florida-Incorporation.com and is part of a switch-over to a new WordPress format for this and our other sites.
