Incorporation Fees

Our idea is that we can provide a valuable incorporation service to anyone wanting to incorporate their Florida business with a lot less hassle than they could anywhere else. That’s our whole belief and the reason we created StartFloridaBusiness.com.

We save you a ton of money. Put simply, the fees to process your incorporation including same day rush service, and helping you file for Subchapter S status will be:

  • Profit Corporation: $195
  • Subchapter S Corporation: $195
  • Limited Liability Company: $265
  • Non-Profit Company: $195

Adding a few hundred dollars to the cost of Florida State fees to help you incorporate isn’t fair. Legalzoom and other companies do it though. We know we’re offering a valuable service, but also know that people don’t have unlimited amounts of money to spend on incorporating their businesses. Another thing we know – when someone finds out they just overpaid by $300-400 they won’t talk well of us. So, we make that impossible by being one of the most fair priced incorporation services in the nation.

Compare us! Keep in mind that we have no rush service fee or add-on fees for helping you obtain your Subchapter S designation for your new Florida business or helping you to get your EIN (Federal Tax ID number).

We offer Florida Profit, Subchapter S, and Non – Profit incorporation registration services for just $195.  Legalzoom for instance, charges $369 + state fees to cover what we offer as part of our included package. So, you’d pay $424 to be able to get help with getting your EIN and Subchapter S forms but with us it’s included for $195. Basically you’re paying for all their television and radio advertising.

We put our time and effort into search engine placement so we can find people ready to incorporate. Search engines are free – we don’t have to charge you more to cover our business expenses.

Operating our incorporation service in this manner allows us to create, with you the all important…

W I N – W I N !

Why Get Incorporated?

Getting incorporated in Florida is a smart idea if you already have a business or if you’re thinking of creating one.

By incorporating your Florida company you can enjoy some protection of your savings, house and other personal assets from litigation in some cases. Please don’t misunderstand, because if you do something the law considers fraudulent you can still lose your house and savings. Acting in a proper way will keep your private assets safe. There are many rules about such things and it’s recommended that you read a lot about whatever incorporation type you end up choosing. The IRS has a business section that has a lot of free resources for you to read and they even have small business video help.

Creating a corporate entity gives your business other options like introducing a higher probability that angel or other investors will loan you money. Having certain types of corporation will limit your tax obligation and this is a primary reason why Florida residents incorporate their business.

Getting incorporated in Florida is easy.

1. Choose a type of corporate entity. This is a legal entity that is taxed according to the IRS rules. When you get your EIN / Federal Tax ID number this is like a social security number for your business.

2. Come to StartFloridaBusiness.com and fill out the appropriate form.

3. Choose any other services, like registered agent if you don’t live in Florida or know someone that will act as registered agent for your Florida business. Add a corporate kit because you’ll be buying one anyway and we have a deluxe kit for a very fair price.

4. Make credit card payment online or call us on the phone – up to you.

If you have any questions about becoming incorporated in Florida we have a toll free number: 888-905-7380 where you can reach us.

Which Type of Corporation Should I Choose?

If you’re like 90% of all people that make it to the front page of our StartFloridaBusiness site you’re probably asking yourself how you go about choosing the correct corporation TYPE for the business you have in mind.

It’s a popular question and one that every incorporator considers carefully. How you make a decision will be whatever feels ‘right’. Some people pay a lawyer $1000 for an hour’s talk and then decide which corporation type is the right one. Others speak to their accountant and pay a few hundred dollars. If you have a 1 to 5 person Florida business it won’t be difficult for you to decide which type best fits your plans. If you have 50 employees then you might need a lawyer and an accountant.

Choosing a type of Florida corporation is not the hardest thing you ever did in your life. Thousands upon thousands of businesses incorporate every year in Florida. LLC’s and Subchapter S corporation types are very popular and the majority of companies fall under these two types. If you are seeking non-profit status as a charity then you’ll want to look into “non-profit” corporations.

We have some information on this site about all the types of Florida corporations we can help you incorporate as. Don’t hesitate to use our 888 toll free number to talk to use about finding more resources to help you make your decision.

How long until you’re incorporated in Florida once you submit your Florida incorporation application with us?

Here at Start Florida Business we process your form quickly and efficiently and without having to pay for rush service like most other incorporation services charge you. With us it’s included – every time.

Once we receive your incorporation application we will review it and submit it to the State of Florida through our secure electronic account. The State of Florida will then process it and they will EMAIL your corporate documents to you in about one business day.

The effective date of your corporation will be determined by when the Florida State officially receives your form. Usually this is the same day we submit it to them via our electronic account. They then estimate 1-2 business days to process.

Usually we can complete everything needed for Florida State to process your application and get you incorporated on the same day. The exception comes into play after hours and on the weekends. We process your incorporation application on the same day it was sent to us. Whether Florida State Division of Corporations is open to do something about it – is what matters.

If it’s essential that your corporation be filed with Florida state today, please call 888-905-7380 so we can let you know if we can help you meet that deadline.

EIN – How to Get One?

An EIN is necessary to open a bank account and if you want to hire employees.

The process for obtaining your employer identification number (EIN) is rather easy and not worth the $25 to $100 some Florida incorporation companies will charge if you start your business with them.

What happens in order to get your EIN is this:

1. Incorporate with us.

2. We will email you a link to an EIN (Tax-ID) online questionnaire with the IRS.

3. Complete the online questionnaire in about 10 minutes and get your EIN (Tax-ID) on the spot for Free.

No secret to it. In fact if you don’t want to do the online questionnaire, you can just call the toll free 800 EIN phone number and process your EIN over the phone. At the end of the call – in about 10 minutes you’ll have your EIN in-hand for Free.

How can a company charge for helping you receive your EIN? In good conscious we can’t – so it’s included in whatever Florida incorporation type you choose.

Another great reason to choose us to help enable you to complete everything you need to start your new Florida business.

Every incorporation we do has: EIN included.
