Again, the tool is designed to assist businesses to overcome the challenges associated with the slowing economy. Strategies that are featured in the tool include how to get lean and mean and then this is important, especially today, a company has to be lean. Also, it talks about how to maximize cash flow, how to find new opportunities, and other things as well. The goal, however, is to outline real world steps you can take to counter the effects of the slowing economy.
